NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that 14 53rd Street LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is both the
Agent (as defined in the Loan Agreement) and the Lender (as defined in the Loan Agreement)
(collectively, “Secured Party”) under the Loan Agreement (as defined on Exhibit A), will sell to the
highest qualified bidder at a public sale (the “Sale”) all of its right, title, and interest in and to (a) 100% of
the limited liability company interests in ONH 14 53rd ST LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
(“Borrower”), that have been pledged to Secured Party by ONH 14 53rd ST Mezz LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company (“Pledgor”), and (b) all related rights and property owned by Pledgor and Borrower
(collectively, “Debtor”) relating to such limited liability company interests (all of the foregoing,
collectively, the “Collateral”). The Sale shall be held as follows:
