Mr. Levy is a Director on the NY Investment Sales Team. A trained tax attorney with years of experience in M&A transactions, Mr. Levy has personally sourced over $100m worth of transactions as an investment sales broker to date. Mr. Levy is regularly engaged by private families, institutions, lenders, and estate lawyers to value, market and execute on closing the sale of commercial mixed-use properties, shopping centers, neighborhood retail, high-street retail, enclosed malls, retail condominiums and co-ops, industrial buildings, development sites, and assets suitable for repurposing throughout New York City and Long Island.

Prior to joining Rosewood, Mr. Levy was a tax attorney, advising clients in M&A and private equity activities. Justin engaged in various aspects of tax due diligence and investment structuring for private equity clients, involving transactions including commercial real estate, SaaS companies, and alternative energy projects. His practice included advising private equity clients on public and private REIT acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and restructurings. In addition, Justin has 10 years of experience acquiring and managing commercial real estate in New York City and Long Island, and has held various managerial and business development roles in food manufacturing and retail business ventures. Earlier in his career he played a crucial role at a boutique real estate private equity firm, where his responsibilities included sourcing acquisitions, financing, asset management, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the country. Justin earned a B.S. in Real Estate at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law. Mr. Levy is a licensed real estate broker and registered attorney in New York.
